Boulder Creek Golf Club

EXXEL ENGINEERING provided civil engineering services for this massive project.  Extensive sand and gravel removal required setting site grades for the golf course, clubhouse/restaurant/pro shop and adjacent residential condominium development.  We designed street construction plans, utility plans and site grading plans for the entire development.  After obtaining construction approvals and permits, we provided construction staking, part-time site inspection and prepared as-built plans upon completion.
