EXXEL ENGINEERING, INC. provided topographical survey for site development; designed and drafted construction plans for building placement and elevations, site utilities and improvements, site grades, parking and walks and obtained local and State approvals and construction permits.  Our Survey Department provided construction staking as requested by various contractors.
